TSC and Buzz in strategic alliance

The TeleServices Company (TSC) announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Buzz Contact Center Solutions, a leading outsource services provider (OSP), which will see TSC fronting the business development and marketing fronts, and Buzz handling the back-end operations with its state-of-the-art call center technology and in-depth client servicing know-how.

'After our initial discussions with TSC, we found tremendous synergies between our two companies in terms of our respective visions and business plans,' said Ibrahim Gailani, Buzz Call Center Manager. The deal, which was hammered out on the sidelines of the Middle East Call Center 2004 Conference held in Dubai and signed by John Critchley, head of business at Buzz, will take effect immediately and has already created momentum. With a long list of UAE-based and regional clients, both companies are confident that their joint go-to-market offering will attract business and increase market-share.
