| Source: itp.net - ACN TSC and Buzz in strategic alliance 29th January '04 Dubai - by Maddy Reddy The TeleServices Company (TSC) announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Buzz Contact Centre Solutions, an outsource services provider (OSP), which will see TSC fronting the business development and marketing fronts and Buzz handling the back-end operations. “After our initial discussions with TSC, we found tremendous synergies between our two companies in terms of our respective visions and business plans,” says Ibrahim Gailani, Buzz call centre manager. The deal, which was signed this week at the recently concluded Middle East Call Centre 2004 Conference held in Dubai was signed by John Critchley, head of business at Buzz. With a growing list of UAE-based and regional clients, both companies are confident that their joint go-to-market offering will attract business and increase market-share. “As more and more businesses realise the critical importance of customer servicing and satisfaction, and stiff competition is pressuring corporate bottom lines, we see tremendous potential in future business demand for call centre services,” says Ahmed Tahlak, TSC founder and director. The two-year old Buzz Contact Centre Solutions was established as an OSP for Call Center Services and currently serves customers such as Emirates bank International, ME Bank and Network in the banking vertical. |
